These Terms govern your use of Piggie, a personal-finance app operated by Testorithm Private Limited (“Piggie”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Piggie helps you record and understand your money — tracking income and expenses, planning budgets, bills and goals, and offering optional AI coaching. Piggie is a record-keeping and insight tool only. It does not connect to, move, transfer, or hold your funds, and it is not a bank, payment service, or money transmitter.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Piggie.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Not financial advice

Piggie’s insights and AI coaching are for general informational and budgeting purposes only. They are not professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make are your own; for regulated advice, consult a qualified professional.

AI features

Coaching answers and receipt scanning are generated with the help of AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review extracted or suggested details before saving. You are responsible for the data you record.

Your content

The financial data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Piggie available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piggie and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions made using the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
